I'll start for my team's prospect in Season 1:

Not good.  I'm selling what I have, and my training schedule isn't good for this season.  It's going to be doubtful whether I'll even make it to Div2 next season.
I'm also going to promote TTers, and that's a suspect decision, but anyway.

For the melocotons:

I´ll try to promote to 1 st division ( I guess the first 5 teams/division go straight to 1 st division), trying not to burn riders ( 195 acumulative fatigue in staff, is a must in my opinion).

And I would like to train hills, but It depends, I guess the best option is mountain as you can win lot of money in tours and I just promote a nice tour rider ... Lets hope I promote a super class in hills :)

There will be 50 teams in 1st Division and there are 16 3rd Division groups. So, only first 3 teams per division plus 2 4th will go to 1st Division.
The others 4th ranked teams will go to 2nd Division. Then 2nd Division will be filled with teams ranked to 5th to 20th, if I have done correctly the calculation, to have 200 teams in 2nd Division (4 groups of 50 teams).

This is my understanding, but I guess I am not wrong

1*Div1 = 50 cyclists
4*Div2 = 200 cyclists
250/16 = 15.625
So you have to be in the top 15/16 teams to promote for next season.  Top 3 (plus 2 extras) teams go straight to Div1 at the end of this season.

TeamRHB is going for division 1. The first races i needed to find my points here and there as i had a crap team to start with. Luckily i pulled some reasonable tour riders so i should be able to do well in the GC in Paris - Nice and Tirreno. After that i hope to have some cracks in my team. But i doubt that will happen ;P

This season I'm hoping to promote to division 1.  Only a few problems with this.  A team can't promote on TT alone (they can barely retain in Div 2 on TT), besides my TTers I only had 2 cobblers & 1 sprinter, and I'm currently one of the poorest teams.
So my wish may be promotion, but in reality, a top 10 will be a good result.

Teametal has 4 sprinters, so I'm 3 short.  This season also isn't as friendly for flat TTers, but still, we'll see.

Copy of this, except I have 2 sprinters, and 47th out of 50 in Div2c for money ($4mill in bank).  Have to sell Helmut Reynaert because I'm training flat all season, so hopefully he gets a decent price & I can afford somebody else.

By the fact I'm 47th on the 2c group listing (opps now 46th, somebody has brought equipment), before the first race, the order is determined by money (it's a tie breaker for relegation when teams are equal on zero points).

Well I've managed to get into Div1.  Prospects....
I've got to purchase somebody who can score points & isn't a TTer to stay in Div1.  I currently have 16m, which is the most ever for me in CFF3 - but I'm apparently still in the lower economic class of CFF.  I'm sure I'll manage though.

Richard Levin Season 6.  You might as well engrave that on the trophy right now.  Also likely Richard Levin Season 6.
Retention in Div1 is still a question mark.
