Si tus corredores son de 19-20 años y estás en segunda es difícil que puntúes. Lo mejor es que fiches algunos veteranos baratos que si que te darán buenos puntos, y además te sirven para irle pillando el truco a las tácticas

What about asking for the 5% of the selling price as tax for puting a cyclist on the market?

I don't think this will do any good to the market, instead of overpriced riders u will get none at all

Not yet, that part is still being discussed, but personally, I'd like to see something like this.

With that being said, I wouldn't mind if the cash you earned in Div 3 and Div 4 was set to a max.  However, this would have to be made known publicly.  Once you reach that max, you can then stop racing and just let your guys train as there is no sense in paying to race if you are not going to be able to earn any of that expense back.[/font][/size]

You should always make them race, at least to let the riders get the experience needed to be competitive. 50 experience is a huge difference.

After the not too bad, but not too good Gent-Wevelgem, with Mazzarelli archieving a 7th place, but a massive failure on Paris-Roubaix, with Pandolfi only archieving a 13th place, it was time for Eschborn Frankfurt, the last shot of the classics aiming for the win. And finally happened

We get a win on a 1 day race, with training staff, and getting a bunch of points that will help us on the objective of remaining on 1st div.
Now, for the upcoming races, we will play our cards on the mountain sprints, and chill out a bit.

So far, not a great season for azerite team.

But the chances of getting any points were minimal. Today is the first time this season where the team will aim for victory with the recently signed Pandolfi.
Also, the team signed Kellman to help Pandolfi along with Dukurs, Cobos to dominate the mountain sprints, and a bunch of young sprinters.
The objective this season is at least getting podiums on several small tours and classics, like Roubaix or GW.
