women's time trial = 2nd Brown 0:05", 1st Dygert 0:00", 3rd C.Schweinberger 1:13"
A lot happened ;
Dygert almost decided not start due to illness in the past days, and on the race day she was still far from 100% with a cold.
In hinside, a good decision to start anyway, and a well-deserved victory after her horror crash in WC'20 and the years of recovery.
Another top favorite, Reusser, gave up after 15 km, probably due to injuries of her crash in the mixed TTT of a few days ago.
Also the u23 WC title was at stake in this elite time trial, won by Niedermaier who finished as 11th and 8 seconds before rival Kerboal.
And many more stories in this women's time trial, for example it would be a lot of fun if everyone started like the cyclist from Bermuda. :))

CFF League winner = ophiuko  8)

My last-minute-change of replacing Dygert ( because I read that she was ill ) ; very clear that this mistake costed me the victory.
The big favorite now to win the prestigious WC jersey of the CFF League, that is ophiuko, who need 1 more WC victory to secure it.
Also if the final 3 WC races will have 3 different winners, ophiuko will be the world champion of the CFF League.

  Linarez wins sprint stage 2.

CFF League stage 2 winner = Mitte  8)
Mitte is the GC leader.

next ;
men's time trial2 hours and 13 minutes left to join.

u23 roadrace23½ hours left to join.
previous winners ; Vos ( 22 + 19 + 17 ), Kalarratas ( 21 ), Ciscoboss96 ( 18 ).
women's roadrace48 hours left to join.
previous winners ; Animatoca ( 22 + 20 ), Cosminelul ( 21 ), Patrick Kok ( 19 ), Vos ( 18 ), Kalarratas ( 17 ).

  Again a stage victory of Linarez.

CFF League stage 3 winners ( split victory ) = Animatoca  8)   &    Mitte  8)
Mitte is still the GC leader.

a wet u23 road raceLaurance( 22, FRA ) won, on 0:02" nr 2 Morgado( 19, POR ) and nr 3 Svrček( 20, SVK ).

CFF League winner = Mitte  8)

interim ranking World Championship Trophy, with one more WC race to go :

nr 1. with 2 victories = Mitte
nr 2. with 2 victories = ophiuko

It is between Mitte and ophiuko, all other CFF participants are already eliminated in the battle for the prestigious WC jersey.
ophiuko needs to win the final WC race to win the WC jersey.
If someone else wins the final WC race, then Mitte will be the 2023 world champion in the CFF League.

So, in the current situation, Mitte is thé top favorite, but ophiuko might be able to beat him due to his home advantage. :)
Good luck to both in the WC women's road race !

next ;
women's roadrace16 hours and 45 minutes left to join.
previous winners ; Animatoca ( 22 + 20 ), Cosminelul ( 21 ), Patrick Kok ( 19 ), Vos ( 18 ), Kalarratas ( 17 ).

Tomorrow I'll be in the circuit again so I'll make sure that Mitte's riders won't finish the race  :P

Question for Vos: who would win the WC if Mitte and I both win the last race with the same number of points?

If it will be a split victory between you and Mitte in the final WC race,
then for the first time ever there will be 2 WC jersey's = also a split victory in the World Championship Trophy.
Because the only rule = with an equal amount of victories, then who won as last, will be higher ranked.
And in this hypothetical situation, both won the last race ( with a spit victory ).

Are you on the same spot as last week ?
If not, let me know by pm, because it is fun to try to see you. Enjoy the race, ophiuko, and do not forget your umbrella !
edit ( to make it easier for me ) ; what is the colour of your umbrella ?  :)

I'll go this time to the top of one of the hard hills. It will probably be number 4 (where Van der Poel attacked), or number 6. Dark green coat, black umbrella  ;D
