Stage 21 had a very punchy, spectacular final lap in Granada ; Johannessen wins ! Who was even 2nd in the brutal mountain stage 20.

I did not look it up, but I cannot remember that a CFF League participant ever won a big tour of all WCS, so ;

Landa wins the brutal mountain stage 20.
Some time changes in the top 3 GC, but no changes in GC ranking. Mas will win this Vuelta, if nothing crazy happens in the last sprint stage.
Van Aert secured the green jersey already. Buitrago wins the mountain jersey and Onley wins the white jersey.

Also in the CFF League all jerseys seem to be decided already.

Küng wins the time trial.
GC ; Mas defended his GC lead very well, by damage-control of the expected (big-)time loss to Roglič to just 33 seconds !
Gall lost a lot of time and dropped to 3rd GC on 3:01" And Roglič now 2nd GC on 1:37".
The upcoming two brutal mountain stages will be decisive.
