I can't decide whether I want him to sell or not.  I'm around 75% certain his talent level is 4, and I've only put him up for sale because all of my other cyclists are 90-91 in TT, and he's 87 (& team's now in tech training).  It would of course be good for him to go to another team (particularly one still in TT speciality), but if not, he'll simply forego a point or two in TT.
