Ronderenner net niet, denk ik. Een week te laat, 35 te weinig salaris, veel te veel explosiviteit (en dus te weinig punten op andere skills).
Klimmer: veel te weinig techniek, weinig conditie
Klimheuvelaar: te weinig heuvel (maar wel lekkere explosiviteit)
Klimsprinter: veel te weinig sprinten (maar wel lekkere explosiviteit)

Helemaal geen verkeerde renner, maar ik denk een net nietje. Vooral zijn techniek is fnuikend. Die moet je veel te lang trainen om op het gewenste niveau te komen.
