Surprising to me as well / I did not know this either.
Vaguely( Vuelta stage 1 TTT sometimes ) I remember that "normally" an individual GC is made up as well, after a stage 1 team time trial.
But maybe I remember this wrong.
Although, I cannot remember multiple winners after a TTT stage 1 in the CFF League ( maybe due to an ind.GC as well ).

Vuelta a Andalucía must have been the shortest race ever (classic or tour). Just 5 km  ;D

Apparently the TTT of Tour du Rwanda today does not count towards the individual GC. I didn't know this  :(

  Evenepoel wins the time trial, takes the GC lead, and most likely is going to win this tour.

CFF League stage 4 winner = Vos  :)
Vos is the new GC leader with 1 more stage to go.

  4,95 km time trial with uphill finish, final results ;  1st van Gils 0:00",  2nd Ayuso 0:10",  3rd Tiberi 0:11"
Stages 4 and 5 are cancelled too, what in fact makes this "Vuelta" a Andalucía an one-day-race.

Therefore this victory counts in the Chief of Classics Trophy ( = all one-day-race victories ),
and does not count in the Divine Champions Trophy ( = all tour GC victories ). Also all jerseys do not count now.
I do not know when the decision was made to cancel stages 4 and 5 too, I just found out this evening.
But it seems to me that none of the CFF participants knew this before the race started ; nobody adjusted the total time.

CFF League winner = pizzaboys  8)

  van Aert wins sprint stage 3.

CFF League stage 3 winner = Animatoca  8)
WinterIsComing is still the GC leader with 2 more stages to go.

Evenepoel attacked 300 meters before the finishline on top of the Alto da Fóia, only Martínez could jump to his wheel.
Both sprinted for stage victory and Martínez won, and he takes the GC lead.

CFF League stage 2 winner = ophiuko  8)
WinterIsComing is still the GC leader with 3 more stages to go.

Extra note ;
the Vuelta a Andalucía looks very different now ;

stage 3 = time trial of 5 km ( instead of the original 161 km hilly race with an uphill sprint )
stage 4 = it is shortened with 66,7 km, and now a stage of 100 km.
But I assume the same final 100 km, a local circuit with 4 times the Alto de la Primera Cruz ( 2,2km a 6,8% ) and downhill finish.
stage 5 = probably(?) almost the same as the original stage 5, now just 4,4 km longer.
