After Australia finished 17th in season 41, I've taken over the Aussie NT manager position to get us back on track.  Below is our team's current stats according to my data.

Season 42 <24yo team.  Loads of room for talented cyclists to make the NT team early on.

Comment of the Australian top sprinter Julian Lindsay ;
"Previous NT season was embarrissing of Australia !
With 2 sprint races in 1 season, I had a real chance to become the individual world champion, a price that my own team never won before.
But for both NT sprint races, I was not even selected. So, you can imagine my relief, that AA takes over now."
:D

Comment of the 13 times NT world champion ( incl. 12x with Australia ) ;
"Have fun and good luck as Australian NT manager, AA !" 8)

Thx Vos, the state of the Aussie NT demanded action.  And the sprinters are the only NT squad up to standard.
Here are the AV differentials from the last time I was NT manager to now.

1st
sprint -0.37av (Jasper Caan was a multiple NT winner & top ten for NT points for 4 seasons)
climb -0.75av
hill -2.83av
cobble -1.74av
TT -0.86av

5th cyclist
sprint +0.25av
climb -2.53av
hill -3.09av
cobble -1.53av
TT  -2.25av

As everybody can see, there's plenty of opportunities for anybody who gets Australian cyclists.  I won't be doing reviews etc for each race.  An u21 review will be in a week or so.

So far there are only three 19-year-old Aussie cyclists, all of whom are in my team.   Send your international scout down to Australia, where there's a good chance of picking up cyclists who'll feature in international races.
