I am not sure why he fired these cyclists. I do know LaGuardia was disappointed I was able to buy a cyclist he really wanted to add to his cobb/hill team though. I do think he really wanted to train a cobb/hill generation and that these transfers were less shady than they might seem. Maybe he fired the cyclists because he was fed up with me taking away Zarubin with a higher bid than his? He offered me a lot of (game) money in a desperate bid to land Zarubin, but the truth is I was looking for such a cyclist for a few seasons as well in an attempt to find back some joy in this game. So I refused his offer.  Sadly though, it might have caused someone else (LaGuardia) to find less enjoyment? I do hope he will choose to continue playing.

On the other hand, shame these good riders were fired. I might have wanted to add one or two to my team 

Volgend seizoen gaan we weer de overstap maken naar de 2e divisie. Mijn talentjes zijn dan 24 jaar, en klaar met hun intensieve trainingsperiode. We zullen eens zien in hoeverre zij in staat zijn om zich direct voorin te melden op het één-na-hoogste podium. Wellicht doe ik er goed aan om me nog eens op de transfermarkt te begeven om een aantal specialisten in te lijven voor de klassiekers.

Ik ben ook nauwelijks meer actief. Train wel een nieuwe generatie die inmiddels 23 jaar is, dus wellicht dat ik na dit seizoen weer wat actiever ga spelen.

Ik vind het jammer, maar inderdaad vooral om de reden dat ik de broncode kon lezen en sneller talent ratings kon bepalen. Maar goed... ik klaag niet, want ik snap het ook heel goed. Dan ga ik m'n eigen ontworpen scheetje maar weer gebruiken :-).

De spinnenwebben hebben voor mij de charme wel uit het spel gehaald, met name waar het ging om de transfermarkt voor 19-jarigen, dus ik vind het wel een goede ontwikkeling. Had wat mij betreft eerder mogen (moeten) gebeuren.

So basically, now people who didn't have access to all data because they were not supporter, and may have bought a cyclist with low talent, are screwed twice now. Since you reveal "supposed to be hidden" talents of cyclists, it might be even harder to sell them in the future. I don't think this was your purpose, and you may not have realised this side effect.

It has been brought up many times before in suggestions thread, on discord and perhaps on several other boards as well, but these spiderwebs are really hurting the culture of the game, in my humble opinion. If they stay in the game, it would be better if they could be visible only to the manager who owns the cyclist, and not to others.
