So far there are only three 19-year-old Aussie cyclists, all of whom are in my team.   Send your international scout down to Australia, where there's a good chance of picking up cyclists who'll feature in international races.

There was a sharp decline in participation as the season went on
Italia -2%
Tfd -14%
Espana -19%

Last year was flat compared to 2022.

Thx Vos, the state of the Aussie NT demanded action.  And the sprinters are the only NT squad up to standard.
Here are the AV differentials from the last time I was NT manager to now.

1st
sprint -0.37av (Jasper Caan was a multiple NT winner & top ten for NT points for 4 seasons)
climb -0.75av
hill -2.83av
cobble -1.74av
TT -0.86av

5th cyclist
sprint +0.25av
climb -2.53av
hill -3.09av
cobble -1.53av
TT  -2.25av

As everybody can see, there's plenty of opportunities for anybody who gets Australian cyclists.  I won't be doing reviews etc for each race.  An u21 review will be in a week or so.

Season 42 <24yo team.  Loads of room for talented cyclists to make the NT team early on.

After Australia finished 17th in season 41, I've taken over the Aussie NT manager position to get us back on track.  Below is our team's current stats according to my data.

Website issues meant I never completed my selections, so I'll be close to last.

I just saw that the final stage isn't the traditional Paris affair.  Is there a reason for this?

You need to recalculate Stebbins Vos.

The two new competitors seem to be doing well.

We will miss Vos.  One can hope some players will decide to come Down Under.

Great job Vos.  We're not going to get a similar result next season, for the simple fact that our entire crop of climbers is heading toward retirement, our remaining TTers have had their final properly competitive season, & our sprinters are weaker.  It's a question of how quickly a suitable replacement guard can come through the ranks.

Btw, for curiously & comparison, are you able to do a current rankings list?

I'm pleased to have managed above mediocre for the first time in how many years.  Patrick Kok, Foeke, and others still clearly have superior recent records and will be seeking to be top of the table by the end of next year, but for now I can do the king of the table dance.
