NT race 7, final top 3 =
1    Erol Ryazanov      26   0: 00"   300      PDM_cycling_team
2    Bob Pernom      26   0: 00"   250      TeamEuroscalt
3    Brage Hope      27   0: 06"   225      Atlanterhavet

Unfortunately Pernom lost the sprint-á-deux for victory, but 2nd is still more than an excellent result.
And a great way to finish this amazing NT season !  :)
With an unexpected ( relative-)very high 2.280 total points, ánd a huge gap to nr 2 Russia that scored 1.365 total points.

For the 13th time in a row ;

Australia = world champion !

Big thanks to all managers that trained or raced with Australian top cyclists, who made this 17th( ! ) Australian world championship possible ! 8)

A superior van Aert attacked on the Kemmelberg with 50km to go, and only his teammate Laporte could follow.
Both increased the gap, and despite van Aert was by far the best one in this race, he gave the victory to Laporte ( see picture ).
On 1:56" Vanmarcke sprinted to the 3rd podium place.

CFF League winner = WinterIsComing  8)

This windy, cold and wet race had a lot of crashes, and Reusser won after a long solo.
On 2:42" a reduced peleton sprinted for podiumplaces ; 2nd Jastrab and 3rd van der Duin.

CFF League winner = ophiuko  8)

In the final stage again a duel between thé 2 GC rivals. Evenepoel won, with Roglič in his wheel who secured the GC victory.
In the picture the final GC ;  2nd Evenepoel 0:06",  1st Roglič 0:00",  3rd Almeida 2:11"

After an exciting final 30km with a very active Evenepoel, it came down to a sprint of a reduced peleton.
Groves got a flat tire with about 3 km to go, switched bike with a teammate, returned to the high-speed-peleton, and won !!!

CFF League stage 6 winner = Kalarratas  8)
5 victories in a row of GC leader Kalarratas. Tomorrow the final stage in Barcelona with the last 5 laps over the tricky Montjuic.

  Gavagna wins TT stage 5. Final GC = 1st Schmid,  2nd Shaw 0:16",  3rd Healy 0:22"

CFF League stage 5 winner = Patrick Kok  8)

Michael Cappanari (93,0, 29, galegospolabici)
Samuele Donadoni (91,8, 33, Plopsala)
Renzo Chicchi (91,4, 26, Eufemianoteam)
Giulio Starnari (91,1, 25, Oloteam)
Cristian Riggotto (90,9, 24, TeamSerfin)
Cristian Galletti (89,6, 25, LanihuliCycling)
Claudio Coletti (89,4, 23, ICSluj)
Manuele Tiblias (85,2, 22, ZG)
Ivan Ricci (85,2, 22, ZG)

Gli ultimi due sono stati preferiti a
Roberto Sironi (89, 25, Telderete)
Alberto D'Amore (87.9, 25, DeporGalegoOscense)

perché più giovani.
Cappanari capitano, gli altri gregari.

women's race ;
A breakaway group of 25 put around three minutes of space on the peloton after a wild day in the crosswinds as the race was hitting its pivotal moment. It’s always a good thing to have a teammate in the breakaway and DSM took full advantage. With 12K to go in the race, Jastrab and Georgi went to the front of the group and pushed the pace, causing a split.

The break was down to six riders, but included in that was sprint sensation Lorena Wiebes of SD Worx and classics specialist and defending race champion Elisa Balsamo of Trek-Segafredo.
For the DSM duo, there was still more work to do. They needed to make it a hard finish.

The next move came with just over 7K to go. Jastrab once again went to the front and ramped it up, but Georgi hung back at the end of the line. Jastrab gave a flick of the elbow, but had no takers to assist on the pacemaking. That’s when Georgi pounced.

The 22-year-old British rider counter attacked and that move proved to be winning moment of the race. Balsamo tried to respond, but didn’t have the legs. The remaining riders in the group failed to get organized and Georgi rode off to glory, scoring her first-career WorldTour victory by one minute, 10 seconds over the rest of the bunch. Balsamo beat out Wiebes in a sprint to the line for second.

CFF League winner = Kalarratas  8)

  Groves wins sprint stage 4.

CFF League stage 4 winner = Kalarratas  8)

  Healy outsprinted the 2 others of the breakaway, Pozzovivo and Padun.

CFF League stage 3 winner = Patrick Kok  8)
Patrick Kok is still the GC leader with 2 more stages to go.
