Regarding youth pulls: is there any info on their minimum skill levels ? I thought it was supposed to be 0, but after pulling about 60 TTers, none of them had Tech below 25 or Flat below 20. So I suspect there are some additional hard coded limits, than just "50+ on the main skill".

I have a question regarding the World Challenge card 'change nation'. I activated the card Yesterday (so before the seasonal update), but could not select any country somewhere. I reached a white webpage telling me that I have to use it prior to the season start (so this weekend, assumingly). Now the card still is 'activated', but I cannot find where to change my nation. Can someone help me?

You did try deactivating and activating again? I think yesterday was too early to use the card and that it can only be done at the start of the new season before the first race.

That indeed was the problem. I activated it Yesterday, so didn't get the option. Today however the card was activated, so it suggested that I could pick something. I had to deactivate and then again activate the card to pick my new country. Thanks!

This might have been answered before, but I can't find it: during the race, in S1-S4, in what order are the riders presented within the same group ? GV for that section ?

I think its either random or grouped per team. Not per GV.

Perhaps I was not clear enough: Teams are obviously sorted alphabetical, and riders are grouped per team.
But inside each team...? Definitely not alphabetical; random...? mneah... I am hoping for a wiser solution here 

LE: In World Challenges it is different; riders are not grouped per team. So I guess we have different answers here

As I remember it from CFF2, it used to be that if the cyclist had a TC bonus active at time of transfer, the bonus cancelled & the cyclist could be sent for another one (even if 14 races had been used); however if the TC bonus had expired then you couldn't.
Statements (by Vos) in the Dutch forum suggests that this may have changed (and that a sale also completely resets even an expired TC bonus).  I'm wondering whether there's any other confirmations whether it's changed or not.

Nothing changed ; my statement applies for CFF2 and CFF3. And I am sure my statement is true.

What is the meaning of the Hall of Fame (the supporter feature where you see all (some?) of the Gold riders in each speciality). I thought you could see all golds in there, but I don't think that is true

Maybe to everyone a different meaning ; to me it is interesting and fun to compare golden top cyclists.
To a NT manager it is handy extra information/confirmation ( on top of your own GV evaluator ) in who to select, ánd who to select as teamcaptain.
You should see all golden cyclists in the golden rankings.
The only exception can be a cyclist who just got a golden icon, sometimes a little delay on the update of the hall of fame.
Your link is not an example, it is the link to the golden TT rankings.
Give a name, and I can check if you are right and that golden cyclist is not in the golden ranking. But for now ; I assume I'm right.

thanks a lot for the explanations and insights; I think you are correct, with a slight delay in updates (in or out that list), things should be fine; I was merely looking for my aging TT-ers, but they lost their gold medals, and now they are also out of the list.

I don't think there is any delay. Every cyclist with a gold medal is shown in the Hall of Fame of its speciality, even if he got it recently. This ranking is directly linked to the now gone spiderweb data, which showed the values for each different medal (and the ranking is sorted by this values). When they reached 9000 in that medal, it turned into gold.
