Title: Free Cyclist market

I noticed that a lot of cyclist has been put on the free cyclist market, as team has become inactive. However, when i try to sign a rider, nothing happen. Is it a bug, or is the market closed, even though it appears open?

I tried this and got a 404 Error, however, I do not have a spot available on my team.

Tried again.  No 404 Error this time.  It just went back to my team page, so it seems like it's working for me now.
