There seems to be a bug in record times? For example, J. Fagan has the record of stage 3 in P-N. However, the winning riders in 3d, 3g and 3l were faster?

This question was answered a while ago.
Combuijs explains it very well on the Dutch forum (he posted his message at the same time you posted this question).

Short partially answer ;
J.Fagan was in fact the fastest of all stage 3 PN winners, but his average speed compared to other winners does not show that.
The average speed is build up by other factors, such as the competition/rivals of the division where a cyclist wins.

In 1A this problem does not excist.
Although in the old CFF version ; sometimes(or often) the stage-winner of a lower division has a faster average speed as the 1A stage-winner who is a way better cyclist than the stage-winner of a lower division. The 1A winner gets the CFF record despite his average speed does not show that he was in fact faster as the lower-division winner.
-
In that case it is actually my suggestion to:
A. Make average speed the real average speed. Now it's not possible to compare the performance of my (winning) cyclist with other winning cyclists in other divisions.
B. Make average speed easier to find, 'cause it was pretty hard to figure out the average speed of my cyclist. Is it hard to just present it on the stage result page?
Anyway, it's not a bug. Sorry for the confusion I might have caused.

This is wrong: a record can also be obtained in the 3rd division ;)
The speed that is shown in KM/h is an average of the skills due to their importance in the race.
Surely this create a lot of confusion, my solution would be to show the speed in KM/h with the value of the skills and also add another number (maybe called "difficulty of the race) that shows the CFF record.

Ok, I did not know that, agtxla, perhaps because I don't have much experience in the 3rd division. ;)
Thanks for the info/correction.
To Zatarra ; for sure no sorry needed. In fact the opposite ; good you brought it up.
Keep doing that if you think something is odd, it will be appriciated and not condemned.

The bug isn't in recording times, the bug is in not displaying the results of the correct calculation of race speed. Not sure why this couldn't be easily fixed.

It is not easy because I can't calculate km/h according a value as I obtain in races ( as example 23245,343 ).
An user in old Cff calculate km/h according cyclist's skills and the influence of skills in the profile.
If you obtain the best km/h your cyclist is the best for the stage, but due bonus or tactics other cyclist get better value in the race , and he has the record ( best value).
