Title: Challenges

My rider Denis Anderson (https://www.cyclingforfun.org/cff/vision.php?ciclistaid=4133) cannot challenge anyone for Tour de Romandie Time Trial.
He is probably too good :D (distance in GV is too large)
Could we perhaps allow him to challenge the top 2-3-4 riders...?

Nobody in his range value, easy  :P
