Is it possible that there was no international scout this night???

I received a cyclist.

I choosed colombian and climber.

Check you have selected country and cyclist and if this night you don't have the cyclist send me or post here these details to investigate it.

The process worked, if you have money and cyclist selected it must work, if not, I need details to find the bug.

I had Ukraine and TT selected, no rider was scouted tonight.

I have the same problem.

I put Germany and TT specialist, but I haven't got any german in the team. I didn't lost any money, CFF don't charge me any, but I have put all the things in the "international scout" to the scout.

I did a process this evening with only scout. This morning only 3 teams received cyclist , now 68 ( maybe everybody?)
I did a minor change , I don't find any mistake, but if it continues I will have to check all process again.

I see it only works for some users, no reason, I have to continue investigating.
This night at 1:00 we will see if it continues.

Bad news, I received a lot of cyclists , some users too, others nobody.

With new server and new process I don't know why code don't work.

I will continue with this problem.

Full team here as well.

Can it be the case that only the first teams that joined are receiving cyclists from the scout? Your team was first, and I think Vos and myself were quite early as well.

Also I have a full team.

I noticed that a few riders were training superfast this night.
I see one rider who went up from 68/69 sprint to 75 sprint, and another one who went up from 2 sprint to 19 sprint.
Fingolfin mentioned also a rider who trained superfast this night, his mainskill went up from 69 to 75.

I believe I received my Scout fro last night.  USA Cobblestone rider.
