Title: Cyclist with most victories is broken

When looking at the World Championship sign up page you have the list with cyclist with most victories. Currently it has Bentinck with 3, Verbeek with 1 and Valdmanis with 1 victory at the WC. This isnt correct of course. Neither has won a rainbow jersey.

Bentinck is the best though  ;D
