Title: Full Team Not Allowed

I'm trying to enter 5 cyclists for Omloop Het Nieuwsblad 31-10-2018 19:00:00, but I'm only allowed 3 cyclists.

I can't access now but you must check health, training camps...

Thanks Osca.  This one was health related.  It's been 4 calendar years since I've had to worry about some of this stuff, so I've forgotten a few things.
