Title: I can't fire new riders

As the title says I can't dismiss the new riders, the 19 years old ones, when I press the button to fire one, I immediately return to the team page, not the confirm page as I expect, and the rider is still present. Yesterday it was ok, I could do it.
If I try to dismiss an older rider, the confirmation page appears, but with a message that did not appear before, I attach a snapshot.
I try to logout/login and with another browser, but the bug is still there.

Is the rider you are trying to fire signed up for a race, by any chance...?
(And yes, the riders you bought for some larger amount of money now carry that additional warning; it was introduced a while ago, it is not quite new)
