Post by: Frier_Accounting on February 22, 2019, 09:11:51 PM: Has anyone already updated their Excel Talent calculations? I have, but it does not seem to be working out so well. Was wondering if you just took the 1x after X# of trainings and divided by 3 (since Under 24 is training 3x faster) or if you changed the calculation further? Thanks.

Post by: Aurora Australis on February 28, 2019, 08:41:45 AM: I don't have any of these calculators, I just train those I like the look of, however a straight 3x training for u24 wouldn't work because you also have to work out the 0.02 u24 bonus, so if I did have one, it would have that calculated into it.

Post by: Frier_Accounting on February 28, 2019, 01:54:09 PM: I've been using TeamRolf's calculator since I started. I already have the 3xU24 training and the Coaching bonus figured in the calculator. One problem is that I thought I had my Coach specialized, but in fact I didn't. I was training Hills and he was a Climbing specialist. That still doesn't explain why some guys seemed to work and others did not. I think it has to do with the Coaching bonus. I'll have to keep working on the formula. It's hard to figure out right now with the trainings coming fast and furious.
