I'm now more than 100 points ahead in the General of WCS, so there's a chance I could win it.  I will lose 50 points with the finishing time prediction, however I may pick up some on the GC results.  Still six stages left though.

You have a pretty good GC lead in WCS !  8)
According to me, in big tours the top GC is "usually" much and much closer. Although I'm not an expert / I do not look at it often.
But as you mentioned, still 6 stages to go, and therefore still anything can happen in this very hot Vuelta with many abandonned cyclists.

In GC of the CFF League you have an enormous lead, what is exceptional.
Perhaps also fun for you to keep an eye on the stage-victories-record that WiC achieved in the recent Tour de France.
That was a stunning total of 9 victories in one tour ; but you already have 7 now, so it might be doable to win 2 (or 3 !) more. Good luck, AA !  :)
