I noticed some display bug for a rider.

The rider Aivo Oja is listed as a rider on with the status "free to bid on" from his team.
Checking his profile (https://cyclingforfun.org/cff/vision.php?ciclistaid=735) his teamname isnt listed, but instead it is mentioned he is a "transfer free rider". Clicking on this link brings you to his team FundacionEuskadi (https://cyclingforfun.org/cff/team.php?userid=85)

I noticed that all the transfer free riders got this behaviour. But to me it seems that the rider should have lost his "free to bid on" status, given to him by his former team

I don't understand , sorry.

His team is inactive and all their cyclists are free cyclists. This team didn't log in since 30/05/2019.

I believe this is more a suggestion than a bug.

What he's suggesting, is that when a team becomes officially inactive, their cyclists should be removed from the "waiting for offers" section of the transfer market, as offers can't actually be made to an inactive manager.

Actually there are 2 matters.

Concerning the display bug: It's weird to click on the "transfer free" riders link and end up within a team

The other thing is, that there is also the possibillity to buy a "transfer free" rider. Because some riders still have a "minimal bid" connected to them, because their previous team set that.

It's not actually possible to buy them, because the manager is no longer active to hit the approve button to any bid.
