stage 1 Tirreno is 24 hours too soon
« on: November 04, 2018, 06:58:56 AM »
I just see stage 1 of the Tirreno has already been raced.
24 hours too soon.
I assume and hope this will be fixed ( edit ; I had no Tirreno-selection yet because logically I assumed the Tirreno would start on Monday ).

I think it was announced that there would be racing 7 days a week in the beta. So I don't think this was a bug.

Also in CFF3, the plan is to have 14 races per week (7 days x 2 races per day). Thus a season would be 7 weeks long

ok, it would be nice if everyone was reminded about this.
Not fun, gone motivation for this beta-game and my team was after Paris-Nice on the 1st place of all CFF teams.

There were at least 2 threads about this ;)
And the in-game "Next-stage" pic (upper-left corner of your main screen) is showing the correct day/hour of the sage.

I was surprised to see that Tirreno was already raced myself.  Not a big deal since this is a Beta and doesn't carryover into the regular game.

I was not aware that there would be races twice a day.  If there were 14 races per week, then week 7 would only have 7 races.  If there were 12 races a week then week 8 would have 7 races.  Maybe Oska can confirm this once her reads this topic.

I think Osca said before that it was 7 weeks, so in week 7 the last race is Thursday 5 am.

PS: I still missed the start of the Tirreno myself as well, not used to racing on Sunday...

1st of all BETA IS NOT A COMPETITION, BETA IS NEEDED TO FIND BUGS and TRY PROCESSES.

I said that if I need race 10 times by day I will do it because with normal speed some processes will be too late for me, I can't check if one user forgot sign up or other user has a technical problem.

At moment I run normal speed due we can find bugs and all you can see better your team every day and valuate training, money, points...

Sometimes some processes can give an user a advantage or disadvantage and I won't go back in database because competition is not the goal of the beta.

In "Cff3 " we will race 7 days a week.

People that want competition must wait until real game starts.
