Efforts Not Saved

Anyone else having problems with efforts not being saved?  I entered my efforts for Stage 2 of the Dauphine, but they were erased.  I've been told in the past that i must have forgotten to save them, but I save them 3 times for every race, just to make sure.  This bug just ruined my rider's chances for this tour.  Last season it happened to me 3 times.  It used to happen in CFF2 as well.

If we have a bug it must be for all teams.

Does it was in next stage tactics page or in sign up for upcoming races tactics?

Do you see after click on save the new tactics? Or you see new tactics and when you enter again , it was no tactic.
I need details because nobody reports me about it.

Does it was same cyclist in all sectors, or only in one section, or more than one cyclists...

I checked restoring databases of this day in several moments.
In no one moment you have tactic for stage 55 ( stage 56, stage 57...)you only put tactic for the stage 54 that was ok.

I checked it before race 54, today in several moments (and  no changes, all without efforts)and at init of the races that was the same.

In my team I test change all cyclists efforts in several races and no problem, if the tactic when you click on save change, the tactic is stored.
Only role if you choose 2 leaders, put them as free role but efforts are without change.

In my android smartphone I can change too in next race and future races.
Sorry for all messages but I try to find if in any option tactic can't be saved because if you see it as saved it cannot change.

I tried breaking the set tactics by setting two captains, because I know in CCF2 that would cancel the set tactics, however all that happened was that everybody went to free mode (with effort as I requested).
Setting everybody to domestique did actually set everybody to domestique.

Yes, not problem, but all team in watch effort, I can't do it.
Only if you click and it doesn't change but I can't know how.
If anyone one day click and you don't save tell me in this moment to my mail and if I'm online I can check it. But after the race I tried restore database and always I can save.
For this it only could be user connection, or user browser ( or smartphone, or tablet...)

I'm trying to decipher everything you are saying as best as I can...the error occurred through the webpage.  I rarely use the app and if I do it is only to check the race results and to ensure efforts were saved. The issue happened with all cyclists for all sections.  Cost me around 30s for each cyclist as I had 2 less efforts than max and they were not allocated properly.  At least it's not a Cat A or Grand Tour race where I lost a lot of points and cash.  It will probably cost me about 400 points between the race and GC...points I could use battling for a Div 1 spot.

AA mentioned something about setting 2 cyclists to Leader and it crashing the efforts...is that a known issue?  I know I have been finger happy in the past and have over exerted my riders a time or two.  I have forgotten to remove my riders from free role, but I can't say that I have ever set all of them to domestique or multiple riders to leader.

You stated about letting you know that the efforts didn't save, but I can look at the efforts minutes before the race and they are there.  They are not lost until the race process occurs.  It's not the bug that we had in the beta when teams could not set their efforts, where they were immediately reverting back to Free-Watcher.

Oh, you were correct in that I do not have efforts for future races.  I typically enter my efforts for the next race around 6:30am and 1:30pm Eastern Time in the US.  Might be a slight difference on the weekends.  Will have to do this soon as I have some week long camping trips planned this summer. 

It wasn't a connection issue either.  Both desktops I use are wired directly to the router.  If the connection is interrupted  for some reason, the web pages won't load.  If the CFF site times out cause I wasn't active in a certain period of time, it just reverts to the sign in page.  This iritates me too when I've entered the efforts and they are lost because it timed out, but that's usually my fault and I know that the efforts weren't saved so I reenter them.

Hopefully we can figure out what the issue is as it occurs 2 to 3 times a season.  Thanks guys for trying to solve the mystery!

1 minute before race your cyclists didn't have tactics, I restore database and check it, I save database 1 minute before 2 races and 2 trainings, and 2 times during all day.I restored all yesterday databases and in all , you only have efforts for the 1st race.
2 leaders are imposible, if you put 2 as leaders your cyclists race in free role,  efforts will be as before the change.
Please if you can't other time tell me, if they are stored they can't change.
