Training Skill drop not colored

My rider Denis Anderson https://www.cyclingforfun.org/cff/vision.php?ciclistaid=4133 dropped from 100 to 99 today at 7AM in Flat
But in the training page, his flat skill is not colored pink

Did he increase from 99 to 100 at 1 am?
I believe that happened to me as well. Tonight at 1 am it will show the pink color.

Yes; I saw the dark green pop to 100 before 7 AM, so I changed training to something else.

Whenever a skill changes at 1 am and 7 am, the 7 am change won't be shown until 1 am next day. This happens as well when a young talent increases 2 points during the same night.
