One of my riders raced 8 stages and has 2 experience points now. If I am correct, in the old game he would have 8 * 0.15 = 1.2 points plus a bonus of 0.4 points for finishing a small tour. So 1.6 experience points in total. Is this changed in the new game (because of less stages?)?

Now xp is 0.2 every race as you said it is due less races in the season.
