At least 20M If competitive for MSR, or TDU (with high chrono) and fitting my training

New edition of the famous lottery! I´m looking for training mates for Kavalerov, it means low hills and extremely high agress.

There are the rules for gambling in this lottery.
In the next 3 days (next saturday evening I ´ll make a bet) I´ll make a bet, of at least 5 millions, to the 19 yo ukranian rider in transfermarket at that time with:
 
The biggest difference in agress Vs Hills, so X= Agress-Hills, The biggest X will get a bet of at least 5 millions.

In case of "draw" I´ll choose the one who suits my traning better

If the rider has +50 in climbing, more options to get a higher bid, but this is optional.

For those not training 19-year-olds next season, my team's about to lose the greatest group of TTers this game has ever seen.  They need replacing, so I'm hiring:

Wanted Top Aussie TTers

TT Flat:  Must have high stamina - flat - technique - TT.  Bonus points for hills-dl &/or climbs-dl.
TT Climbs:  Must have high stamina - climb - technique - TT.  Bonus points for hills &/or flat.

Will be hiring 19-year-olds that meet either billing in both seasons 16 & 17.

**3**- In adittion there is a "ongoin" lottery for the first one to get a 860 salary in a 19yo ukranian rider, this rider has a minimun bet of 10 millions. This ongoing lottery will last only until 1 st race of Volta Catalunya(not included), and only to the first one to post his rider in this topic.(in case of 2 people scouting the same day)

In case of draw for the lottery 1 and 2, I choose the rider

I'm starting new generation
So if you want earn something, especially if you are small team  promote climbers this season, please (season 16).
I'm searching for all types of climbers.
Next season (17th) i will build team with the best GT riders
In season 18th i will want some puchers.
