Veroljub Haberthür   Edad : 19   Sueldo : 843
Resistencia : 56   Sprint : 16   Montaña : 2
LLano : 51   Pavés : 57   Tecnica : 64
Descenso : 18   Colinas : 49   Agresividad : 9
Crono : 60   TraEqui : 60   Experiencia : 1

I did some quick calculations, and flat time trial is one discipline where the current 19-20 (even 21) year olds will never catch the older guys until old age, because with four important skills, the 23 year olds will progress to maxing all skills (my top cyclists will be average 99 in the four skills probably when 27 - will be during hills training just to give them something to do), which means the current 23 year olds (and maybe 22 year olds), will stay as gods until their 30s (with max skill & max experience).

Btw: My top guys are now 9 star and quickly gaining on the Pommie hero.

Hi, just to be sure you know of the new training changes in this cff, because this is something we have been talking lately in the chat, you aware that from 24 years old onwards, cyclists will be training at 1/3 capacity? And they will be losing 0.005 per training until they become 31 yo?

With talent 5 you gain .0325 per training and lose .02 over the 4 main skills. So when in full training mode you can gain 88*.0125 - 3*.02=1.04 skill point per season after 23. Depends on where you are at 23 if you can reach max levels or not I guess.

I might be wrong but I think you lose 0.005 per training in every skill independently of your talent. So if you got a rider with all the 4 skills in 95 (I reckon possible but not very likely) you still wouldn't be able to have a 99 average in the 4 skills, as you would be losing almost 1 point every 2 seasons and only gaining 2 points per season

That's what I tried to say, you lose .005 in 4 skills, so .02 in total. You can train .0325 so you can still make a small gain.

Ok I get you now, a small gain but not enough to get a "99 average in the 4 skills at 27yo" as it was claimed.

And in any case, resting only 3 days (88 training days) means not competing at all. Why would you like a rider you can not compete with? I really believe that some 25 yo riders will be able to compete an win over 29-30yo 1st gen riders

la proxima temporada me lo quedaría, pero esta no me viene bien entrenar crono :(

Isidro Murillo   Edad : 19   Sueldo : 837
Resistencia : 69   Sprint : 33   Montaña : 6
LLano : 69   Pavés : 12   Tecnica : 67
Descenso : 7   Colinas : 20   Agresividad : 47
Crono : 61   TraEqui : 42

lo tengo por 10 M en venta, pero si a alguno le interesa lo bajo un poco ;) como salga talento 5 será de los mejores. Prácticamente triple 70!

My top TTers will be 95+ average across the four main TT attributes by the end of the season.  As Rico wrote, the TTers will gain just over 1 average per season after then (at 5 talent : +2.41 in trained skill, -0.455 in other skills), which brings them to essentially maxed at 27 odd years.

Yes, but they will just gain 1 skill point in total. When they are 95 average you need 20 points.

Don't take me wrong I think is really impressive having more than 1 rider in over 95 at 24, the only think I am saying is I don't see possible to have a 99 average at 27yo. But in any case your tters are going to be really impressive.
