Hmmmm, at the very last moment Kopecky is registered for the Prudential RideLondon. For sure a top favorite for stage wins ánd GC.
I checked the picks 2 hours before the deadline, and then she was not on the list yet.
Two CFF participants checked their picks later than me, and of course they both picked Kopecky.
But they both did not pick Balsamo ( picked 5 times = 55,6% ), so, in theory it is still an exciting battle.
Although the last-minute-participation of Kopecky makes a big difference in the team pick, according to me.

But it still could be that the low times picks will be decisive, as often in other tours.
I have a lot of them ; Vieceli* (1x), Steigenga (2x), Sanguineti (2x), van der Duin (2x), A.Barnes (2x) and Wollaston (3x).
No idea if they will be successful picks, and funny that everyone has a lot of low times picks.
There are 18x unique picks, and 17x cyclists who were picked only twice.

Indeed, I saw on twitter that Kopecky was participating last-minute, and when I checked WCS the tour was still open. Basically I had to decide which 5-star top cyclist I should remove in order to include Kopecky. It was between Wiebes, Balsamo, Nosgaard and Bastianelli. I went for Balsamo. At the moment (stage 1), I should have gone for Bastianelli. Let's see what happens at the end of the tour.
