You can see on the general games page who won where of all WCS participants.
It is easier to see when you go to the CFF League and click "games" ( under the word season, on the right side of the page ).
Here you see all the winners of the CFF League, and if someone has 1 in the last colum, he won of all WCS participants.

This 2022 season you are the only CFF participant who won a tour once of all WCS = Tour of Scandinavia.
3 CFF participants won an one-day-race of all WCS this year ;
pizzaboys ( GP Marseillaise ), ophiuko ( Brugge - De Panne, women ), WinterIsComing ( San Sebastian ).

And you are correct, Kalarratas, you won a tour before of all WCS.
That was the Österreich-Rundfahrt of 2019. Maybe the last edition, because I did not see this tour on the calendar anymore since then.

It is very rare that a CFF participant wins a tour.
Data before 2017 does not excist, so these are all CFF tour winners who won of all WCS in the past 5½ years :

It was all-or-nothing for Laporte who went into the stage tied on time with Sheffield in the overall classification.
His stage 5 victory ( see picture ) secured him a 10-second time bonus and the overall title at the Tour of Denmark.
Final GC = 1st Laporte 0:00", 2nd Sheffield 0:04", 3rd Skjelmose 0:09"

European Road Cycling Championships Women's Race

In the final few kilometers it was a battle between the Italian sprint train and the Dutch sprint train.
The Italians were better, but Wiebes jumped to the wheel of Balsamo
and launched her final sprint a fraction sooner what caused that Wiebes won with a very tiny difference.
Final result ; 1st Wiebes ( NED ), 2nd Balsamo ( ITA ), 3rd Barbieri ( ITA ).

Haller produced a big upset to beat van Aert in a sprint to win the Bemer Cyclassics, the biggest victory ever of Haller.
Both were part of a successful five-man break away, and Haller used a lead-out from teammate Konrad to hit out early.
Van Aert was left scrambling as Haller moved left and Q.Hermans snatched the slipstream.
He fought back and moved out, passing Hermans, but it was too late to overhaul Haller.
Final result ; 1st Haller, 2nd van Aert, 3rd Q.Hermans.

Vine was the surprise winner of the first summit finish of the Vuelta a España.
He attacked out of the peloton on the early slopes of the climb, and kept his lead despite a fierce GC battle behind him.

Evenepoel was second at 15 seconds, and becomes the new overall leader of the race.
He instigated the action among the top GC favourites on the foggy, rainy climb, and only Mas was able to follow him.
Mas finished third at 16 seconds, and Ayuso was fourth at 55 seconds.
Roglič was fifth, leading a group that finished on 1:37", that also featured ten other GC favourites.
