Who wins the most WC races, wins the WC jersey. With an equal amount of victories, the person who won last, will get the WC jersey.

Extra note / rule, to make almost sure that only 1 participant wins the WC jersey.
Because never before there was a split victory in a WC race, but that is very possible.
So, if the last victory is a split victory between the participants who won the most WC races, then the last race victory before that split victory will be decisive.
If this "last race won" rule is not decisive, than the total WC points of all 5 WC races will be decisive.
To be clear ; a split victory is not a half victory( or so ), but a full victory for each winner of the split victory.
To be even more clear ;
example 1 ;
player A wins the 1st race,
players B ánd C win both the 2nd race with a split victory,
player D wins the 3rd race,
players A ánd B win both the 4th race with a split victory,
player E wins the 5th race.
The WC jersey goes to player B.
example 2 ;
Four different winners in the first 4 races ; players A, B, C and D.
In the 5th race there is a split victory between players E and F.
The WC jersey goes to player E or F, it will be decided by their total WC points of all 5 races.
Very unlikely / just theoretical, but if the total WC points is also exactly the same, only then there will be 2(or more) WC jerseys.
