Thrilling final, what started with a crash of Pogačar right before the Cipressa started.
But he came back ánd attacked on the Cipressa, together with vd Poel and Pidcock.
On the next hill, almost at the end of the Poggio, vd Poel could not follow the fierce pace.
What resulted in a sprint-a-deux between winner Pogačar and Pidcock ( see picture ). Van Aert finished as 3rd.

A stage with a lot of echelon activity. Evenepoel almost won, but crashed 500 meters before the finish line.
Instead, now it was a sprint of a big group, and Godon won again.

A thrilling sprint-a-deux between Schmid and Laurance for the stage victory, ánd, due to boni-seconds, also for the final GC !
