Thanks!
I´m a bit nervous for the first race.
If I don´t achieve a good result will be hard the rest of the seasson.

I hope that I had choose a good tactic.

You're welcome.
I think your chosen tactics will be good. But you never know with the NT, often the cyclists do not do what you want.
And don't be nervous, you did everything you could as NT manager. For you it is now sit back, relax, no worries and enjoy.
Because now it is up to the young Aussies to achieve a good result.
If they underachieve, we blame the young Australian cyclists that they have to listen better to you. And give them a punishment, such as they have to wash the bicycles and buses. Down Under the NT manager never gets the blame.  :)

And you're right, this first race is important. Because in my opinion Australia is just good in 2 NT races, so they need to score here.
But no worries, because luckily for Australia, also in this season we have a good NT manager.  8)

My cyclist will get points, but not a top 3 this season, the TT NT race is shorter than last season, plus my training is designed for results 2-3+ seasons time, with an extra secret that you'll just have to wait for.

Of course, they'll guarantee enough points so that Australia will always finish healthy (providing there's a flat TT in the season).

Tyler Walker result was because he was the best helper and the others in front of him were on free role.
And we could win the stage, because Tyler Walker was with 5 efforts in section 4, and I think that he was not in front for very few. The 3 free role riders were all with the same táctic. And it says to me, that we have to give a bit more important to Stamina and Aggressiveness in this races rankings, because with the same tactic Fredickson has been better than Beal and Montgomery, who were supposed to be better. And Fredickson strong points are stamina and aggressiveness.....then....

Olé !
Very well done, the best Australian result ever in a NT race !  8)

About your text ; it could be. The percentages are estimations, not facts. Adjust them for every race, what you think they should be.

Thanks Vos  ;D
The win was posible, but Walker was not able to be with the lider in section 4.

The rankings will change a few. I will adjust some % a bit.

Next stage is quite dificult, but we will try win some points.

The rankings will be done in a few days. I have to adjust a bit the % in some stages.
