It's the first time I play this game, so no idea if my strategy is a good one... If I only had a strategy, lol.

The best strategy to win tours in WCS =  a good mix of sprinters and GC riders/climbers.
And it depends on the stages of a specific tour what a good mix is.

Your Giro picks are a very good mix, according to me.
In contrast to my picks / bad mix, with just 1 sprinter. But fun to see what this different gamble brings ( mountain jersey ? stage wins ? ).
Most CFF participants will probably have a good mix of picks, and it is cycling, anything can happen.
Because it is also important that your picked cyclists will stay in the Giro to keep on scoring points.
Hopefully no abandon-cases early in the Giro due to crashes or covid-19.

After an exciting and rainy stage 4 ; Dombrowski won, his biggest victory ever.
De Marchi finished solo as 2nd on 0:13" and he is the new GC leader.
Also among the GC favorites it was exciting, but no big differences,
except for Bennett ( 1:29" behind the first group of favorites ) and Almeida ( even 4:21" behind ), his GC ambition already ended here.

15km before the finishline ; a solo crash of GC contender Sivakov ( 5x picked ) caused that he lost 13 minutes.
4km before the finshline another crash ;
it involved one of the top favorites who seemed in topform, Landa ( 7x picked ), who is now out of the Giro.
Also mountain classification leader Dombrowski ( 1x picked ) was in that crash, finished 8 minutes behind, and then went to the hospital.
