The easiest change under an implementation point of view would be to remove the spiderweb for a player that is on sale and for the NT coaches (in case they are able to see it).

This way, the supporters would still have this feature while no advantage could be taken for players on sale.

Osca has said the draft isn't returning (he stated this point blank 6 days ago), plus there's already a case of too many near perfect cyclists in the game.  The only way I can see any type of new 19 year old cyclist creation method occurring would be if the "promote" a cyclist went from each stage to once a day.  And it wouldn't be a draft like in the previous CFF.  Maybe a spread of 19 year olds appearing on the transfer list around race 15 or so (which would slightly even up the nationality cyclist count).  But even that would be not short odds.

I can't see any change of the training system occurring, Osca would have done it already to tone the training down.

And yes,from the very begining is in the spirit of the game that supporters won't have any advantages over non supporters. But still don't see the spiderweb as an advantage, only an extra as the dt and the gold medals rankings

This is thé reason that I support CFF. I really like it that everyone has equal chances, that for sure deserves my support.

I agree with you, and I almost never look at the spiderweb.
A GV evaluator is much more accurate and not-paying managers can have a GV evaluator as well.

In the source code of the spiderweb you can see the precise GV's, so paying managers who know where to look have a slight advantage. It's more precise because it takes in the real skill, not the round whole number which we can see.

It is an advantage when you can find our the talent in 1 day because of the spiderweb
For a non supporter it takes them alot longer to figure it out and they cannot check the talent of the riders they are bidding on.

Knowing the talent is too much advantage for teams with money, they know at the moment who the crack is and no one can bet higger,  I woul not change the spider web as it helps with planification, but I would use one of the suggestions mention before to make talent a bit hidden and more interesting. Now if u gets a Leonov, with talent 5, u only need to train him properly (what is extremely easy) to succes in the game

Nuevamente traigo ideas locas, lo malo es que necesitarían algo de desarrollo pero aquí están.
1: Para equipos nuevos. Tener un equipo de 19 cuando empiezas puede perjudicar a mánager novatos del todo, porque lo que quieren principalmente es competir y no entrenar, por lo que tiene 500K para conseguir a gente con los que pueda competir. Mi idea es que en vez de tener 10 ciclistas de 19 tengan 5 ciclista de más edad que tenga algo de nivel, y el resto de 19. Como idea que se me ha ocurrido es usar el mercado de libres y así se libera un poco. Ciclistas de 24 a 27 años, y que tengan entre 4 a 6/7 estrellas por ejemplo (para tercera división con ese nivel.
2: El mercado hay épocas que está muy vacío también. Y si cada día se ponen X ciclistas (yo había pensado 5) de todo el mercado de libres a subasta por 1? La mayoría de días saldrán gente que ni siquiera se venderán, pero los días que salga alguien jugoso se conseguirá sacar dinero de la circulación.

La primera idea me parece buenísima.
La segunda es difícil porque al final el mercado de libres no es tan grande si los equipos nuevos se hacen con corredores libres

Es posible que las dos sugerencias se solapen sí, y a mí también me mola más la primera porque si enganchamos a más gente habrá más mercado a la larga.
Alguna cosa que me he dejado en el tintero porque no sabría la mejor opción:
¿Solo mercado de libres de tu país? Yo diría no para que no salgan perjudicados por países, pero alguno si debería ser de ese país.
¿Podrían vender o despedir esos ciclistas al principio?

Uffff q buenas! Sobre todo la primera, aq la segunda tampoco me parece mal.

Con la primera se evitaría q tuvieran q echar y comprar a todos los corredores aquellos q empiecen de nuevo y daría un poco más de nivel a las terceras. Además serai más fácil para los nuevos engancharse al juego.
Otro idea q propuso alguien X aquí y también me parecía buenísima para darle más dinamismo al juego era el talento variable de año a año e incluso de habilidad a habilidad.

Me parecen sugerencias muy buenas, especialemnte la 1era!!

Igual Oska podía poner a Pabler de Staff-sugerencias, está claro que tiene ganas y por lo que vemos en el chat conocimientos, no sé si es fáctible que Pabler pueda tener acceso al juego, eso es tema de Oska  y Pabler, pero estaría muy bien ir haciendo estás pequeñas mejoras en las que además hay consenso mayoritario.

Me estaba preguntando si existiria la posibilidad de instalar un tema oscuro para el foro, desde hace un tiempo atras, estoy intentando usar temas oscuros para casi todas las webs/apps que lo permiten, ya que tengo los ojos algo sensibles (sera la edad y llevar media vida delante de monitores).

Como apaño, puedes usar algún add-on para navegador mientras no se ponga nada nuevo, como Dark Reader para Firefox
